Working Group Agenda Template

What it was. The reusable template every working group used to structure its recurring meeting agendas and notes — the blank form behind the many WG agenda documents in the archive.

Who it was for. Working-group facilitators and note-takers running weekly or bi-weekly syncs.

What it looked like. A simple skeleton: meeting channel, facilitator and moderator, date, attendees (with the customary nudge to join the Praise channel and say hi to earn Praise), an agenda section, and space for notes and action items. Its consistency is what makes the working groups’ meeting record comparable across years and teams.

Find the original. In the archive’s data repository under Policy & process: browse the folder or the full document bundle. See For Researchers.
