Checklist for Creating a New Working Group

What it was. A step-by-step checklist for spinning up a new working group — the operational “how to start a WG” guide that kept new teams consistent with the rest of the organization.

Who it was for. A prospective working-group steward and the Community Stewards who supported and approved new groups.

What it looked like. A primary/secondary checklist: write the WG’s manifesto, draft its roadmap (added to the shared Miro board), notify the Community Stewards, and present the group on the Stewards call; then set up a welcome document and a recurring meeting agenda. It linked to templates and the stewards’ channels.
