Reward Board — Requirements and Guidelines

What it was. The charter for the Reward Board — the small group of trusted long-term contributors that kept the TEC’s contribution-reward system fair, functioning, and transparent.

Who it was for. Reward Board members and the Quantifiers they managed, plus the wider community relying on transparent reward distributions.

What it looked like. A responsibilities-and-permissions document: request funds from the Common Pool for reward distributions, manage the Quantifier pool and quantification periods, review and approve/reject distributions, tune the reward system’s settings, and publish transparent reports. It listed the on-chain actions available to members inside the Reward Board’s Aragon DAO, connecting the Praise culture to the treasury.
