Transparency Working Group

Function. The Transparency WG made the TEC’s inner workings legible — recording and publishing community calls, running audits of the working groups, and maintaining the reporting and decision-tracking that turned a busy DAO into a reviewable public record.

What it accomplished. It stewarded the TEC’s YouTube channel and call recordings, ran a recurring transparency-audit program across the working groups, maintained decision-tracking and analytics, and produced the community-facing “Transparency in DAOs” research. Much of what makes this archive possible — the habit of recording and publishing — traces back to this group.
