Hatch Outreach Working Group

Function. The Hatch Outreach WG (part of the launch-era effort) recruited and supported the Hatchers — the members of the Trusted Seed who would contribute to the Hatch — and onboarded newcomers into the community ahead of launch.

What it accomplished. It ran outreach and onboarding for the Hatch: a manifesto, agenda notes, onboarding journeys, and outreach audits tracking who was being brought in and supported. Its work directly shaped the community that formed around the Hatch, which raised 1.57M wxDAI — nearly double its minimum goal.
